24 Play services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities.

24 Play reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

Using 24 Play services to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property is strictly prohibited.

Using 24 Play services to transmit any material that harasses another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

Unauthorized Access

Security violations and system penetration

Expressly Prohibited Activities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of others
• Penetrating or attempting to penetrate security measures of 24 Play systems
• Penetrating security measures of any other entity's computer systems
• Compromising electronic communications systems or telecommunications systems

Consequences:

Any unauthorized access attempt, whether or not it results in corruption or loss of data, will result in immediate account termination and further investigation.

Network Disruptions & Unfriendly Activity

Service interference and security responsibilities

Prohibited Network Activities:

• Any activity affecting the ability of others to use 24 Play services or the Internet
• "Denial of Service" (DoS) attacks against network hosts or individual users
• Interference with or disruption of other network users, services, or equipment

Member Responsibilities:

Third-Party Access: Do not permit network configuration that gives third parties capability for illegal use

Prohibited Usage

Hosting services provided by 24 Play are not to be used for any of the following:

Prohibited Content:

• Pornography
• File sharing/repositories/storage
• Fraudulent activity
• Extortion or blackmail

Malicious Software:

• Phishing scripts/software
• Backdoors
• CPU/memory eating scripts
• Any malicious content

Permitted Use:

The service may only be used for the purpose of hosting a website/web application. It may not be used as a central source for providing clients with mod content (Arma 3, for instance).
