Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available, how to request one, and which services are generally non-refundable.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for services purchased from 24 Play. Refunds are reviewed individually and may depend on the service type, billing status, usage, and reason for the request.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for:

  • New hosting services cancelled within 14 days of the first purchase.
  • Duplicate payments made by mistake.
  • Services that 24 Play is unable to provision or deliver.
  • Billing errors confirmed by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable unless required by law:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • Custom development, setup, configuration, migration, or consultancy work.
  • Completed add-on services or one-off work.
  • Services suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Renewals where the service has already continued into a new billing period.

4. Cancellations

You are responsible for cancelling services you no longer require before the next renewal date. Cancelling a service stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for time already used.

5. Billing Periods

Hosting services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Partial-month refunds or pro-rata refunds are not guaranteed unless agreed by 24 Play or required by law.

6. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, open a support ticket through the client area or contact support with your invoice number, service name, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension while the billing issue is investigated.
